Full-Time Resource - Autopilot Device Build and System Administration

Duration:
July to October (4 months)


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time resource to assist in the development and administration of Autopilot devices. The resource will primarily focus on building and maintaining Autopilot devices, ensuring their quality and performance. The resource should have a strong understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11, as well as system administration tasks.

Additionally, the resource will be responsible for knowledge base preparation, document creation, and providing daily updates on build status and device quality during conference calls.

Responsibilities:

Build and configure Autopilot devices based on Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Perform system administration tasks, including device management, updates, and troubleshooting.

Ensure the quality and performance of the built devices meet the required standards.

Prepare a comprehensive knowledge base documenting the device build process, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.

Create and maintain relevant documents such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical specifications.

Provide regular updates on the progress, status, and quality of the Autopilot device builds.

Collaborate with the team to identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the build process.

Participate in daily conference calls to communicate updates, discuss build status, and address any concerns or questions from stakeholders.


Requirements:

Strong knowledge and experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.

Proficiency in system administration tasks, including device management, software updates, and troubleshooting.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to document processes and create clear, concise documents.

Strong communication skills to effectively provide updates, communicate issues, and collaborate with team members.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Note:

It would be beneficial if the resource has prior experience with Autopilot device builds and familiarity with any specific hardware or software requirements related to the project.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
