Responsibilities:


  • Plan and implement a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of young children.
  • Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that promotes exploration, discovery, and creativity.
  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans and activities that engage children in meaningful learning experiences, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music and movement, and outdoor play.
  • Foster positive relationships with students and families by communicating regularly and providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Assess student progress and development through observation, informal assessments, and documentation of learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate special events, field trips, and parent involvement activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that meets health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress, development, and achievements.
  • Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to school policies, procedures, and guidelines related to teaching, assessment, and professional conduct.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
  • Genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their wellbeing and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Teaching certification or licensure (preferred).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
