Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information, resolve queries, and offer solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to improve skills and performance.
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
