Qualification Required:
Diploma (EEE/ECE/Instrumentation) with 6-10 Years of experience or BE (EEE/ECE/Instrumentation) with 4-6 Years of experience. He/ She shall be experienced preferably into EMS industry with below competencies. 1. Knowledge on SMT & BACK END process 2. Knowledge on Quality Management System 3. Knowledge on Quality core tools 4. Knowledge on 8D, 7QC tools, COPQ and controlling method 5. Handling of NPI projects 6. Customer handling and Product follow-up 7. PFC, FMEA, CP, WI preparation 8. APQP and PPAP process knowledge, 9. Familiar with RMA & NCMR process, etc,.
