Description

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verification, classification along with computing, posting and recording accounts payable data and expense Voucher.

Work collaboratively with accounts receivable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances and Dispatch of goods.
Generate and mail Purchase Order respective parties.
Performing administrative task such as maintaining proper sales documentation.
Coordinate with Respective Customers and Auditors and Resolve their queries if any.
Prepare Monthly Purchase and Stock Reconciliation along with Sales.
Preparation of Monthly GST-3B and GSTR-1 and co-ordinating with the CA for the filing of GST return.
Monthly Reconciliation of 2A working & follow up with vendors for same.
Preparation of NEFT/RTGS/Deposit/Withdrawals from Bank and other Banking Activities.
Handling and Visiting Income tax/GST Department if required.


Salary:
Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
