As a Creative Designer (Kits/IFU's) on the Brand Creative team at Labcorp, you'll focus on focused on product kit packaging and instruction for use designs and will also take a variety of graphic design projects.

Reporting a Creative Design Manager, you can showcase your eye for detail while maintaining a blend of creative and technical production skills.

Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Perform within an existing design system/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes.
  • Contribute to the creation of new design systems with creative direction.
  • Manage time, multitask, and work efficiently in tight timelines.
  • Work well within a fastpaced customer centric environment and with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate with and delegate to vendors associated with project production.
  • Support content creation for print and digital marketing, including omnichannel marketing experiences.

Experience:

Minimum Required:

  • Background in Healthcare or Biopharmaceutical Industry
  • Strong design portfolio with 2+ years' experience
  • Excellent visual design skills with solid understanding of digital and print production
  • Familiar with Workfront or similar project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of Packaging Design Principles and offset print specifications

Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses:

  • Degree program or equivalent in art and design
  • Presentation design with strong experience in MS Word and PowerPoint a plus
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Sketch is a plus

Competencies:

  • Thorough communication and presentation skills and problemsolving aptitude
