Description

As a Field Investigator for a private detective agency, your primary responsibility is to conduct investigations on behalf of clients, gather evidence, and provide accurate and timely reports.

You will be working under the direction and guidance of the agency, and you may be assigned to various cases such as missing persons, fraud, infidelity, or background checks.

The job requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work in teams as well as independently.

Responsibilities:


Conduct Investigations:
Perform inquiry-based investigations, gather information, and collect evidence through various methods such as shadowing, and fieldwork. Should be willing to travel within as well as outside Karnataka. All expenses will be borne by the company.

Evidence Collection:
Gather relevant information, documents, photographs, videos, and other supporting evidence to build a comprehensive case.

Inquiries:

Conduct inquiries with relevant parties, witnesses, and individuals associated with the case to gather information and establish facts under a suitable disguise.

Conduct investigations within the boundaries of the law, ensuring privacy laws and ethical guidelines are followed at all times.

Requirements:


Experience:
Prior experience in the field or investigative work is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think quickly. Knowledge of investigative techniques and methods, and legal procedures is essential.

Discretion and Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.

Adaptability:
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel as required for investigations. Should be willing to travel within as well as outside Karnataka. All expenses will be borne by the company.

Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using investigation cameras and computer software.

Ethics and Integrity:
Strong moral character, honesty, and adherence to ethical standards.

Physical Fitness:
Possess the physical stamina and ability to conduct fieldwork, surveillance, and potentially engage in physically demanding activities.

This will be dependent upon your previous experience as well as knowledge about investigation techniques. Along with that, there are various incentives as well as additional benefits provided.
