What's the New Role About?:
This position is full-time at our Hyderabad, India office, working 5 days a week. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing backend systems to meet business needs and performance targets, including databases, APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define technical requirements, system architectures, and integration points.
- Creating technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
- Providing code reviews and guidance to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Developing strategies for system quality assurance.
- Analyzing and resolving performance issues and implementing optimizations.
- Keeping up with industry trends and contributing to best practices.

Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Expertise in technology and its ecosystem.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong database design and SQL knowledge.
- Understanding of RESTful web services and API development.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
