Job Description:
Arista is a fast growing technology company that continues to ignite new innovations in the software driven cloud networking space.
As part of our HRIS team, this role is accountable for service delivery, break-fix, Workday roadmap and future releases, continuous improvement of our business processes so that we can fully leverage the Workday platform to transform the way we deliver our HR services.
This role is remote.Qualifications:
The key accountabilities and priorities of the role are as follows:
- HCM Administrator
- managing the day-to-day operations of the platform within agreed service levels, prepare and execute the regular performance, compensation, and benefits programs, responding to technical queries, managing fixes, releases, data quality and reporting requests.
- Global lead for Workday HCM, Workday Payroll and Timeoff/Absence, with scope to expand into other modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Performance and Adaptive Insights.
- Compliance
- Ensure the operations are compliant with our policies, in particular audit controls, data protection, privacy, SOX compliance.
- Develop internal knowledge base and process/task documentation.
- Liaise with the wider IT group.
- Support and coach the HR Operations and Payroll teams on HR operational processes in Workday, EIBs & reporting.
To be successful in this role, the required skills and experience needed are:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' Workday HCM experience in business as usual support and system administration.
- Proven HCM specialist with indepth knowledge of Workday HCM, Workday Payroll and Time off/Absence.
- Self starter who can operate independently and adapt to a fastpaced environment, handling multiple priorities.
- Impeccable integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards are a must.
