Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to senior management for business and customer meeting coordination
- Support to program managers for project level cost and associates attendance tracking
- Support to associates for IT, travel and infrastructure dependency closures
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar and sending reminders to stakeholders
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management team
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and business visits
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English and regional languages
- Handson experience in event handling for customers and organizational meetings
- Handson experience in creating MIS(documents, presentations, spread sheets) data
- Ability to multitasking and proactive communications
- Strong customer service and social skills
Qualifications:
- Degree in commerce, language, management or equivalent
- 6+ Years' experience in administration and coordination
