Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to senior management for business and customer meeting coordination
  • Support to program managers for project level cost and associates attendance tracking
  • Support to associates for IT, travel and infrastructure dependency closures
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining events calendar and sending reminders to stakeholders
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of management team
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and business visits

Required Skills:


  • Good verbal and written communication skill in English and regional languages
  • Handson experience in event handling for customers and organizational meetings
  • Handson experience in creating MIS(documents, presentations, spread sheets) data
  • Ability to multitasking and proactive communications
  • Strong customer service and social skills

Qualifications:


  • Degree in commerce, language, management or equivalent
  • 6+ Years' experience in administration and coordination
