Greetings from Pilgrim,
We are looking for Consumer Insights - Qualitiative,
5 days working (Alternate Saturdays WFH),
Location - Mumbai (Andheri East, Chakala).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct inhouse primary research and desk research.
- Conduct consumer calls, surveys, focus groups, IG polls internally, generate insights and present synthesis.
- Design questionnaire, discussion guide, screeners, study design & protocol.
- Undertake competition mapping & category landscape.
- Liaise with research agencies on specific projects as and when required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology/Sociology/Social Anthropology/Business Administration (Marketing).
- 3 years experience in Qualitative Consumer Research.
- Expertise in qualitative research methodologies such as depth interviews, focus groups, ethnography studies.
- Working knowledge of quantitative research will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS office, survey & analysis tools.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
