JOB DESCRIPTION
2 Communicating with teams,Managers & relevant stakeholders to identify training needs

2 Design content & develop training programs(in house/outsourced) for employees

2 Train New Joiners on Indiamart product & processes

2 Track and report completion of training sessions

2 Publish monthly/quarterly training reports

2 Deliver training updates to the business

2 Revise and update the content when required

2 Design and develop the regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training

2 Track individual performance during and after the trainings and conduct refresher sessions on need basis

2 Should be aware about BPO training matrices, TNA, TNI, Attrition, NHT/PKT Refresher


Requirements:

2 Effective and Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills

2 Competency in MS Office especially Excel & PPT

2 Laptop/System required with good internet Connection

2 6 days working & Sunday Fixed Off

2 Hybrid Model(3 days WFO & 3 days WFH)


Salary:
₹20, ₹28,000.00 per month
