    Description


    SCCM Engineer must ensure the organization's systems are online and fully operational When issues occur, it is their job to ensure these problems are minimized.


    Location :
    Pune.


    Work mode :
    Office.


    Shift :
    Rotational (2 way cab facility will be provided within 24 to 25 km distance from Viman nagar office).


    Responsibilities :

    • Overall, 4+ years' experience in IT Support and at least 2 years' experience in similar role.
    • In depth knowledge of SCCM Windows Deployment Services, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
    • SCCM architecture, components, features, and functions.
    • PowerShell scripting and automation.
    • Software deployment, update management and configuration management through SCCM.
    • Able to build and distribute software packages through SCCM.
    • Excellent communication skills with strong focus on listening and probing.
    • Remedy Ticketing Tool Knowledge.
    • Can do approach and capability to work in dynamically changing environment.
    • Handson experience on Windows Auto Pilot deployment.
    • Knowledge of Change Management Life Cycle.
    • Experience in Microsoft osd task sequence.
    • Experience with hardware and software issues.
    • Experience with powershell.
    • Knowledge of vbscript or powershell.)
