Responsibilities:


  • Senior Level II Microsoft Engineer capability at minimum
  • Ability to analyze performance issues with Microsoft infrastructure including but not limited to Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business
  • Understand how to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the supported systems
  • Provide expert level oncall support for reseller supported environments
  • Interface with vendors regarding complex issues, and see through until resolution
  • Respond to support calls and perform root cause analysis tasks as needed
  • Supports Service Desk operations and provides technical support for external customers
  • Develop and maintain documentation of the Microsoft Systems environments
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Exchange, PowerShell, SQL Server, and.
NET development

  • Ability to review, understand, promote, and manage core products within the Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Understands how to design, implement and support Windows security solutions
  • Present Microsoft vision and technologies, strategy, and product roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders, technical management and technical engineers
  • Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Active Directory and cloud computing, security, industry directions, and trends
  • Must be well versed in Active directory support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT related field required along with previous experience.
  • You are a talented and experienced IT professional with at least 8 years' experience (35 Years Exp)
  • You know the ins and outs of the administration and management Microsoft products
  • You understand and embrace the importance of communication and documentation
  • Work weekends and out of hours

Salary:
₹600, ₹750,000.00 per year
