Description
Maintain the daily accounts and administrative tasks.- Manage/monitor daily Office operation.
- Manage/Monitor Order, logistics and resources.
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements, Branch Payouts and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Handling Petty Cash.
- Maintain all Quotation, Purchase, Sales, Return and Transfer in company software.
Salary:
₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
