Description
Maintain the daily accounts and administrative tasks.

  • Manage/monitor daily Office operation.
  • Manage/Monitor Order, logistics and resources.
  • Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare financial statements, Branch Payouts and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and equipment
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Looking after the office requirements and set up if needed.

Handling Petty Cash.

  • Maintain all Quotation, Purchase, Sales, Return and Transfer in company software.

Salary:
₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
