Primary Responsibilities:

Engage / collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and SMEs needed to identify business needs, performance goals and gaps
Conduct task analysis / research to identify the specific knowledge, skills, behaviors needed to achieve desired performance levels
Develop approach to evaluate achievement of learning objectives (e.g., learning assessments)
Develop project plans for design / development of identified solutions
Develop maintenance plan for training solutions to ensure ongoing applicability / effectiveness of training
Develop appropriate learning activities based on training designs and learning objectives
Develop Storyboards and visualize concepts
Leverage / modify existing training solutions to meet current needs
Vyond and VideoScribe)
Conduct TraintheTrainer sessions to prepare trainers for delivery of training solutions and ensure / validate trainer readiness
Conduct training pilots to identify specific issues that needed to be addressed prior to delivery
Monitor and analyze training metrics / data / trends, and identify areas needing attention to enhance learning effectiveness
Conduct updates / debriefs as necessary with appropriate stakeholders to communicate training experiences / effectiveness, based on available feedback and data
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or reassignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Equivalent Bachelor's degree combined with work experience

years of experience in designing and developing learning programs

Experience with designing and developing online learning solutions, both synchronous and asynchronous
Knowledge of current trends and technology to support online learning including tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Story line and others
Proficient computer skills including MS Word and PowerPoint
Familiarity with health care or operations, specifically in call center and processing
Intermediate skills with MS Excel and Visio
Proven solid analytical skills, attention to detail, problemsolving and factbased decisionmaking abilities
Proven resultsoriented individual with solid influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills
Demonstrated solid group facilitation and presentation skills
Proven ability to collaborate with individuals and teams
Proven strategic thinking abilities and an enterprisewide perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Instructional Design and Technology
Experience with incorporating multiple media elements in to learning programs including audio, video, animation, simulation, and selfdeveloped graphics
