Job Responsibilities**:
  • **Client Acquisition**: Identify and acquire new clients within the Contract / Temporary Staffing domain, employing a strategic approach to expand the company's clientele

Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies, aligned with company objectives, to maximize revenue and market presence

Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery

Service Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our services, enabling effective communication and value proposition delivery to potential and existing clients

Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth within the staffing industry

Deal Negotiation and Finalization: Engage in negotiations, propose tailored solutions, and finalize deals that meet both client requirements and company objectives

Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions, regularly monitoring progress toward sales targets

Data Analysis and Strategy Refinement: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, refine strategies, and optimize future sales initiatives

Innovation and Service Enhancement: Propose and develop innovative solutions or improvements to existing services, ensuring the company remains competitive and meets evolving client needs


Job Requirements:


  • Educational Qualification
  • Any Graduate
  • 5+ years of proven experience in Contract / Temporary Staffing Sales is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive meaningful insights
  • Resultsoriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Demonstrated creativity in proposing new solutions and improvements
