    Job Title: Engineering Manager

    Location: Remote

    Duration: Full-time

    Job Description:

    Curately.AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in Java development, architecture design, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our engineering team in architectural design, integration of third-party tools, system development, and infrastructure management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, system architecture, and integration strategies.
    • Drive architectural design and implementation of scalable and reliable systems leveraging AWS services.
    • Manage third-party tools integration and evaluate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
    • Oversee system development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
    • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring and optimization efforts.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in Java development.
    • Proven track record of transitioning from hands-on development to architecture design and AWS technologies.
    • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems on AWS cloud platform.
    • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
    • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
    • Proficiency in utilizing AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration management tools.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and drive results with minimal supervision.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
    • Experience with AI/ML technologies and big data processing frameworks.
    • Prior experience in HRtech or recruitment industry.
