Designation - Sr. Talent Finder
Location - Ghansoli, Navi mumbai
NP - Immediate to 30 days
Experience - 3-5 years
As a Senior Talent Finder, you'll lead the charge in building and evolving the talent pipelines that power our language services. Youll own the end-to-end hiring process, partnering closely with teams across the globe to bring in top-tier talent and create an exceptional candidate experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention
- Promote opportunities across digital platforms, crafting messaging that engages a global audience
- Drive continuous improvements across hiring workflows, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
- Mentor and support fellow Talent Finders, ensuring alignment with client's standards and culture
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy with business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal resource planning and timely staffing for client demands
- Analyze recruitment data to surface trends, optimize outreach, and improve conversion rates
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout every stage of the recruitment process
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU
- Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, resource management or vendor management within the localization industry preferably.
- Hold EU, LATAM and APAC, EMEA Hiring experience
- Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
- Have hands-on expertise in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and social recruiting strategies
- Excel at organization, multitasking, and delivering under pressure, without losing your people-first touch
- Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken) and confident communicating across cultures
- Love solving problems creatively and proactively, while keeping scalability in mind
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU
- Have supported global hiring initiatives or worked with multilingual teams
- Bring experience training or mentoring junior recruiters
- Have advanced Excel skills and a data-savvy approach to decision-making
- Are experienced in language services, localization workflows, or translation recruitment
- Are multilingual
