Description

Responsibilities:

Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

Effectively communicate the value propositions of our architectural and interior design services, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our company, services, pricing, and project timelines.

Schedule meetings and appointments between leads and the appropriate architects or interior designers based on their specific requirements.


Follow up with leads to ensure they have a positive experience and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, customer interactions, and progress through the sales pipeline.


Collaborate closely with the sales team, architects, and interior designers to provide a seamless handover of leads and ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.

Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.


Salary:
₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
