As the
Finance Planning & Analyst in our
Asset Management team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Responsibilities:
- Engage in month end & weekly activities which includes data uploads in the system, working on data, passing of adjustments if required & ensuring that the numbers look accurate
- Engage, assist and supervise activities related to key senior management reporting (EMR's, Financial summary, performance reports etc)
- Engage with stakeholders, functional leads & CFO's on various issues & providing resolution
- Supporting ad hoc requests for Revenue, Flow and expense analysis and reviews
- Liaison Ing with MIS Platform teams for enhancement and upgradation of primary systems in line with client requirements
- Work on Info Management Team on the projects & data quality issues
- Extraction and mining of data reports from the source MIS systems
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- 3 to 5 years of total experience in Finance role
- Asset / Wealth Management sector experience is preferable
- Proven experience in team management, delivering timely, high quality presentations for various projects and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
- Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge or certification in technical tools like Alteryx, Python or Tableau
- Exposure to Project Management / Business Intelligence tools would be a plus
- Selfmotivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
