Description

Procurement of project related materials for rehabilitation and rejuvenation assets

Developing procurement strategies to determine pre-award process and selection of Suitable Suppliers prior to Tendering

Preparing and issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) for all order, top-ups and variations identified in requisition strategy through eProcurement portal to vendors and expediting the bid submission

Negotiate with vendors in terms of complying with our T&C's and obtain the best price and delivery

Preparing purchase order notes, Terms and Conditions of Sale and scope of supply to the Requisition

PO order acknowledgement follow up with vendors and arrange a kick of meeting (KOM) with vendors along with project Engineers

Salary:
₹50, ₹75,000.00 per month
