Trainee Implementation

Job Location:
Andheri East (Open to travel Pan India based upon projects)

Phone/Commute/food/ accommodation while travelling.

Working Days: 6 days working (2 Saturdays in a month are week off)
Skills Required:
- Good communication Skill
- Should ready to travel all over India
- Domain:
- Banking industry
- Ability to Learn
- Good Analytical Skills
- Strong knowledge in accounts & banking (For Fresher's)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the integration with various modules.
- Ensuring deployed solutions are tested in house before deploying at customer place.
- Plan & conduct training for endusers.
- Understand the issues faced by endusers on a daytoday basis and provide a solution.
- Proactive & customercentric approach while handling customer issues.
- Provide a solution to clients for L1 and L2 Support.
- Adhere to Turnaround Time and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external clients.
