    Job Role:
    Portfolio/CampaignManager


    Location:

    Responsibilities:
    CampaignManagement

    Understand Portfolio current initiatives and priorities agreed uponby Client s keystakeholders
    Create program framework for activation engagement retentionidentifying focusgroups
    basedon product types and customer segments and align definitions withPortfolio & Productteams andthereby define targetsegments

    Provide support to create and operationalize the campaign designand delivery framework inconjunction withClient s crossfunctional teams including assistance in listgenerationcommunication mix design andchannel attribution Support in monitoringeffectiveness of campaign and establish communication protocolswithkey stakeholder groups includingestablishing effective feedback loopsDriving offer communication by optimizing messaging and channelmix Designing of Client s Campaignssupporting execution and overseeing the performancetoensure desiredimpact Set up review and monitoringframework for program performance before during andaftercampaign periodManages allocated project deliverables within quality standards andbudget.

    Structures documents and projectdeliverables leveraging insights from data and clientinputs

    ClientManagement:

    Manages projects owning allclient deliverables and all client discussions in theproject Navigating more complex teamdynamics Independent in leading anengagement seeks guidance as needed however ensures s/heownstheengagement.

    Influence across multiple teams that s/he works with orleads.

    Requirements:


    A bachelor s degree/ postgraduate qualification inmarketing Minimum 57 years of relevantexperience managing marketing campaignsExperience in credit card/debit card portfolio/campaign managementrequired Be a critical thinker with strongproblemsolving skills Exceptionalstakeholder management project management and collaborationskills.

    Strong presentation andcommunications skills are essential.
    Understand current marketing trends. Theability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at thesame time.
