    Description

    Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Program Enhancement: Take charge of the full lifecycle of our launched products. Continuously analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.
    • Scaling Strategy: Devise and execute strategies that will enable the program to scale up efficiently and sustainably. Collaborate with partners to leverage their strengths and explore new avenues for growth.
    • Initiative Development: Drive the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new initiatives designed to enhance the program's reach, impact, and profitability.
    • Partnership Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and mutual success. Collaborate on joint marketing efforts, promotions, and mutually beneficial strategies.
    • Crossfunctional Leadership: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align program strategies and drive cohesive execution.
    • Performance Analytics: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, using datadriven insights to refine strategies and drive informed decision

    Required Skills and Knowledge:

    • Direct experience of handling Product or Business profile for Cards/ Financial Products in a leading Bank / NBFC
    • Exposure to Digital processes and working with digital partners will be a clear advantage
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with partners and crossfunctional teams.
    • Proven experience in program management, product management, or a related role.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling programs, driving growth, and implementing innovative strategies.
    • Selfmotivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

    Required Experience /Qualifications:

    • Post graduate degree in Marketing Management preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience.
    • Credit Card background only with experience in Loyality, rewards & usage mandatory
    CTC Range 14-18 LPA
