Job purpose


As a Associate - Business operations Sales module, you will process all transactions (volume based) and ensure compliance to quality and timelines.

Maintain effective relationships with clients both internal and external.


What will you do?

  • Achieve daily productivity to clear exceptions accurately
  • Perform QC on process transactions using standard and client specific check list
  • Support Team leader in weekly & Monthly timely SLA deliveries to client

What do you need to know?

  • Knowledge of BSP & Direct Sales process
  • Experience in processing, accounting, or customer service preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with office equipment use
  • Qualifications: Relevant Bachelors (B.Com) or masters degree & IATA graduate
  • Knowledge of REVERA & Business object (BO) will be an added advantage
