  • Should be any Graduate with good score.
  • Should be fluent in English communication
  • Should have good Computer knowledge (especially in Excel).
  • Well versed in office procedure.
  • Value added if they have experience in printing industry background.
  • Should have own bike with valid Driving license.
  • Should have sales attitude & convincing skills.
  • Should ready to travel.

Reporting Formats:


  • Monthly calendar to be updated.
  • Weekly calendar to be altered with consent of sales head.
  • Update daily action plan sheet HP & LP after visiting each customer.
  • Morning brief update on customer visit on WhatsApp group.
  • After each visit, update in brief on discussion on WhatsApp group.
  • FG-responsible for ready goods.

Responsibilities:


  • Retain and increase business from existing customers based on targets.
  • Get new business from new customers
  • Collect payment as per the agreed terms

Tasks and Activities:

A.

Retain and increase business from existing customers:

  • By having excellent rapport with the customers.
  • By increasing the presence at the customer's place and making the customer to feel it.
  • Improving the response time for the customer's queries and clarifications.
  • By closely observing competitor's business share, problems and issues created, additional orders / products awarded to competitors etc and giving feedback to management on the above.
  • By absorbing 100% information required for new product development and participating in 'right first time' approach.
  • By getting informal projections and alerting the factory for the purpose of planning RM and resources.
  • By forewarning the factory on the orders and help factory to be prepared with the raw materials for the next set of orders.
  • By giving feedback to factory about the good practices, good products made by competition.
  • By establishing good contact and rapport with all the connected functions of the customer.
  • By closely monitoring the hit and miss ratio and improving hit rates.
  • By socializing with key customers.
  • Plan & visit at least 15 customers a week.
B.

Get new business from new customers:

  • By identifying new segments and new customers using various means.
  • By following action sheet methodology for follow ups
  • By getting referrals from existing customers to their friends and ex-colleagues etc.
  • Identifying collateral partners and generating leads through them.
  • By improving the visibility of Kamsri in the market
C.

Collect payments as per the agreed terms:

  • By closely following up the customers - even just before the payment matures and collecting the payment on time.
  • By ensuring there are no documents etc missing which might delay payment.
  • By closely coordinating with Kamsri Finance department and by meticulous follow ups with the customers.

Measurement Metrics:


  • Reduction in number of calls to top management from customers for the purpose of elevating.
  • No of feedbacks per month on the competition
  • No of occasions on which clarifications were sought by customer support team for releasing NPR. (First time right of the spec sheet - meaning the NPR is released without any need to consult the customer on some specification etc).
  • No of orders projected and the accuracy of projections.
  • No of times socialized with customers in a month / quarter.
  • No of new customers identified / converted in a month / quarter
  • Increase in quotation to order conversion ratio
  • No of referrals obtained from existing customers per quarter
  • Creditors turn ratio

Job Types:

₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
