    Description


    • 5+ years of recent Workday Certified experience in Workday Data Conversion with a Workday deployment partner preferred


    • 5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at a leading consulting firm


    • At least two end-to-end experiences with data conversion processes between Workday/ another ERP to Workday.


    • Hands-on experience with HCM data-gathering workbooks, and data-loading tools (iLoads, Advanced Load, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Migration Recipes, etc.) and End to end data validations


    • Proficiency with Python and can make changes to Python code and test


    • Advanced or Expert proficiency in Excel


    • Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP) as well as data warehousing, data architecture, and data audits
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
    • Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
