    Description
    • Workday HCM integration Development using Workday SDLC Project life cycle. (Discovery, Plan, Architect/Prototype, Testing, Deployment and Postproduction support)
    • Ability to help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday Studio (Mandatory), Core connector, EIB and 3rd party Integration.
    • Preferable Workday HCM module knowledge in Core HR, Recruiting, absence/Time Tracking, Payroll.
    • Must have workday certification in Workday integration and Workday Studio (preferable)
    • Able to conduct Architect session with Customer and get Design Sign off.
    • Fully utilize the Workday toolset to build robust integration solutions.
    • Good experience with programming languages XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST services.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good experience in managing team size of 4-5 members.
    • Ability to determine customer specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs.
    • Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements.

    Experience: 9+ years

    Work location: Chennai/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore
