Description



  • Address customer queries regarding travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodations, and tour packages.
  • Handle customer grievances with professionalism and empathy, striving for swift resolution.
  • Guide customers through our website, aiding in bookings and reservation management.
  • Post sale queries like Refund, Reissue, Void, cancellation & Voucher generation
  • Maintain meticulous customer records within our CRM system.
  • Stay abreast of product and policy updates to furnish accurate information.
  • Achieve or surpass performance benchmarks for customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Engage in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance service proficiency.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service, travel industry experience is must.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Strong problemsolving aptitude, prioritizing prompt resolution.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems like Travelport, Amadeus, and Sabre is a must.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible working in shift's, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capacity to work autonomously or collaboratively.
  • Understanding of B2B, B2C, and corporate tools online is advantageous.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
