The Business Analysis Associate assists with analysis activities across the group that contribute to the BT Group strategies, assisting with conducting accurate analysis on profitability, efficiency, effectiveness and potential of activities, investments and initiatives across the BT Group.


What you'll be doing

  • Assists the implementation of continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
  • Supports through routine activities contributing to the development of the strategy/analytics roadmap and self-service reporting capabilities.
  • Monitors and reports on metrics critical for tracking and managing the business. This will include daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue, consumption, and other key metrics.
  • Conducts analyses of business processes in order to identify and address both operational and financial risks, as well as bottlenecks.
  • Assists in the analysis of business needs and solutions devise strategies and facilitate stakeholder collaboration effectively and efficiently.
  • Collates data to help identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
  • Supports in the provision of data improvements and opportunities to automate processes creating optimisation and efficiency.
  • Contributes to analysis and evaluation, and how to overcome performance risks, and produce reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Supports the coordination of effective working relationships between team members, and develops business/ customer and partner relationships, handling problems and issues and collecting and disseminating relevant information.
