What would you be doing here?

Manage customer data within the CRM system such as Freshdesk/Freshworks.
Monitor and report on customer queries and issues via written or verbal communication.
Work with the sales team and data security team in user data verification, background checks, and similar queries.
To manage user datarelated queries and data management pertaining to the same.
Audit and Quality analysis of communications done through CRM by other members of the team.

What we are looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1+ years of experience in CRM management, database management, or marketing automation
Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Selfstarter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and quality assurance.
Flexible with work timings and work on weekends (WFH on weekends only).
