(University Partnerships)

Objective:

the key objective of this role is to empanel more university partners under the academic learning partnership model with Finplan Edu to propel the growth of the business.

Building and maintaining existing partner relationships, supporting ongoing compliance, and promoting programs to direct audiences under the partner network are responsibilities that encompass the role


Role & responsibilities:


  • Develop new university partnerships for degree/certification programs at Finplan Edu.
  • Establishing relationships on new campuses, taking potential deals from lead generation to contract signing, pursuing new degree opportunities with existing partners, and also ensuring the successful program's launch and growth.
  • Additionally, the role will involve managing the health of a portfolio of existing university partners and will be tasked with securing additional business to ensure partnerships are flourishing.
  • Closely aligned with the internal product team and outreach team, this role is accountable for supporting the Finplan Edu strategic plan through new course/program development.

Key skills & qualifications:


  • Engage with prospective university partners via organic lead development, paid lead development, and cold call outreach.
  • Develop relationships with university leaders/ Stakeholders on campuses Finplan Edu looks to develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop, refine, and present detailed financial proformas to prospective partners and create economic agreements that are "win-win" for both the university and Finplan Edu.
  • Ensure the smooth transition from business development to the launch of the program by supporting and coordinating communication channels between university partners and internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the degree market with new and existing university partners.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows, as assigned and needed, to generate business intel and business development opportunities.
  • Meet regularly and effectively with key decision-makers at the assigned portfolio of university partners.
  • Drive and manage strategic planning discussions with university partners.
  • Collaborate across different functions at Finplan Edu to ensure new courses get to market successfully.
  • Track and be accountable for progress towards the development of new courses as per the company's annual plans.
  • Work closely with the Finplan Edu internal team to ensure excellent partner experience of ongoing courses/programs.
  • Organize Webinars, Seminars, and Other Promotional Activities for New University Partnerships for Finplan Edu's Degree/Certification Programmes.

Background Requirements:


  • At least 6 to 10 years of work experience in business development within higher education, experience in education technology/online learning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
  • Strong communication skills and diplomacy.
  • Collaborative approach both internally and externally, with experience working across a global team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Broad understanding of the education market and ability to identify new opportunities in online courses.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent Intra personal Skills.

Salary:
Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
