Your key responsibilities

  • Lead developer full stack (Java, Spring boot, Microservices, React, Oracle database primarily).
  • Responsible for cultivating strong Engineering culture within the team with test driven development, peer code reviews, clean coding principles to enable sustainable production solutions.
  • Responsible to help with hiring activities, talent management.
  • Responsible for grooming and mentoring team members.

Your skills and experience
years of hands-on experience with technologies like JAVA, Spring boot, Microservices, React, Oracle database, Jenkins pipelines.

  • Strong technical, design, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • A strong team player with good communication skills, can work under pressure, independently and proactively while balancing competing priorities to achieve results on complex new development and integrations.
  • Enable experimentation and fast learning approaches to creating business solutions.
  • Experience with development utilizing SDLC tools
  • Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, OpenShift
  • Experience in GCP is a plus.
