Job Overview:

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities. This includes setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve them, and ensuring that they meet or exceed revenue goals. They are also responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services.


Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Developing Marketing Strategies:


  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Performance Analysis:


  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address underperformance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Field Operations:


  • Coordinate and monitor field sales activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage logistics and resources for the field sales team.

Budget Management:


  • Develop and manage the field sales budget.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in field sales and team management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Field sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • Hindi (preferred)
  • Assamese (preferred)
  • English (preferred)

Job Types:

Salary:
₹22, ₹28,000.00 per month
