Job Purpose:

Project Coordinator a critical role primarily responsible to drive and implement multiple projects simultaneously within constraints of scope, schedule and cost for new digital transformation business, while meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.

Job Context & Major Challenges:

Write the specific aspects of the job that provide a challenge (internal and external) to the jobholder in the context of the Business/Unit/Function/Department/Section***:

  • Work closely with business team and product owner and help define project plan for LOS / LMS developments and integrations of new business partnership projects
  • Drive tech development with engineering team using agile principles, incorporating feedback from users, developers, business and other stakeholders
  • Work with partners to resolve their dev / uat queries and ensure partners golive in a timebound manner and have a hands on approach for resolving issues across LMS and thirdparty interfaces for designated partners
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within constraints of scope, schedule and cost
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, acceptance criteria and deliverables
  • Work with stakeholders to secure needed resources and resolve resource conflicts
  • Work with implementation team for requirement gathering and finalization of BRD and FSD documents
  • Work with in house resources and multiple vendors to monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are on track
  • Identify and proactively manage changes in scope, budget and schedule to ensure project success
  • Escalate issues and risks and proactively take ownership for resolution
  • Track milestones and deliverables, update project plan and provide regular status reporting to all levels of stakeholders
  • Work with Quality Assurance team to monitor quality control activities and overall product quality
  • Plan and lead project governance meetings, project health checks, phase gate reviews, post project reviews and project level workshops
  • Prepare lessons learned document and recommend best practices across projects for improvements in future
