Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software issues promptly.

Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machines operate efficiently and minimize downtime.

Technical Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support requests related to grinding operations.

Offer remote assistance and on-site troubleshooting to address customer concerns and optimize machine performance.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with customers to understand their unique requirements and ensure that machines are calibrated to deliver precise and high-quality grinding results.

Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify that machines meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of service activities, including installation procedures, maintenance tasks, and customer interactions.

Generate service reports and documentation to track machine performance, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
