We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist with expertise in Facebook and Google Ads to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads platforms.

Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive digital advertising strategy targeting relevant audiences.

Budget Management:
Allocate and manage budgets efficiently across campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Ad Creation:

Design and test compelling ad creatives and copy that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Targeting & Segmentation:
Utilize advanced targeting capabilities to reach our desired audience, including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and demographic targeting.

Landing Page Optimization:
Collaborate with the web team to ensure landing pages are effectively optimized for conversions.

Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook and Google Ads. Implement new features and tactics as appropriate.

Industry Knowledge:
Understand the healthcare industry's nuances and regulations related to advertising, ensuring all campaigns are compliant and effective.

Qualifications:

1+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.

Proven track record of creating and optimizing high-performing ads.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.

Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads platform.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
