We are seeking a talented and driven Market Research Executive to join our team.As a Market Research Executive, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within our industry.
Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping our company's strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather relevant data and insights.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop research methodologies, surveys, and questionnaires to gather data from target audiences.
- Utilize statistical tools and software to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to implement research insights into business strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform research methodologies and approaches.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches based on research findings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives through data analysis and feedback.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our company's products, services, and target market to ensure research efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and statistical techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in the [industry or market segment] is a plus.
- Familiarity with qualitative research methodologies such as focus groups and interviews is desirable.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
Salary:
₹9, ₹18,000.00 per month
