Description
Communication with customer & internal QC team.- Submit offers for recommended spares by service technicians.
- Follow up for orders, Make proforma invoice and job order.
- Spares inventory control, solving technical queries.
- Supervise Technicians on the field.
- Guide & Assign task to the Technician.
- Payment follow up with customers.
- Completely handle service support.
- Assists in identifying service improvements to increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with transport agency for dispatch of material
- Enter data in Service CRM
- Prior experience in Service Coordination a must
