Responsibilities:


As a telecaller, your main responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing products or services

Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries

Generating leads and identifying prospective customers

Providing information and product details to customers

Maintaining a customer database and updating call records

Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and generate revenue

Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues

Meeting call volume, sales, and productivity targets on a daily or weekly basis


Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and manage customer concerns

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Previous experience in BPO, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage

High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Working Conditions

Telecallers usually work in a call center or office environment.

Typically work in shifts, including evenings and weekends

May be required to manage a high call volume and meet sales targets

Collaborate closely with the team and sales managers
