Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the organizational hub for the Managing Director, ensuring seamless
- Engage with the Senior Management level to facilitate strategic initiatives.
- Mastery in verbal and written English to maintain high standards of communication
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce highcaliber
- Execute comprehensive secretarial responsibilities, including meeting logistics,
subsequent follow ups.
Essential Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is essential. An MBA would be a distinct advantage.
- A seasoned professional with 510 years of experience in a similar capacity, directly
- Adeptness in corporate documentation, administrative procedures, and coordination
software and systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
- Natural propensity for flexibility and problemsolving, coupled with the ability to

- Manage the MD's comprehensive scheduling, including travel, client management,
- Facilitate robust communication between the MD's Office and internal/external
- Develop, manage, and present MIS reports to the MD on project statuses and

- Uphold the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism within all aspects
