About Us:
We are in search of a dedicated Tender Executive to join our dynamic team.

As a Tender Executive, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating documentation, proposal writing, and communication with suppliers and stakeholders.

Your strategic thinking and effective solutions will be key in processing bids and ensuring successful tender submissions.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop Key Solutions:
Analyze and understand tender requirements to devise effective strategies and solutions for bid submissions

Manage Documents:
Organize and evaluate documents from potential suppliers, including pricing, to prepare comprehensive tender documentation

Coordinate with Stakeholders:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, communicate with suppliers, and negotiate terms

Examine Proposals:
Review and evaluate proposals, including adding products on the GEM portal

Strategize Presentation Development:
Create compelling presentations and correspondence that comply with tender guidelines

Evaluate Bids and Contracts:
Analyze bids and contracts based on price, quality, and technical specifications

Monitor Bids:
Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids that meet tender requirements

Prepare Reports:
Generate detailed reports and cost analyses related to bids and contracts

Negotiate Contracts:
Engage in negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to secure favorable agreements

Use Project Management Techniques:
Implement agile project management techniques and software to manage bids and tender projects effectively

Attend and Organize Pre-bid Meetings:
Represent the organization in pre-bid meetings and coordinate logistics.
Requirements and

Skills:
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a tender-oriented environment, such as bid writing, procurement, project management, or project coordination

Writing Skills:
Excellent writing skills with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation.

Communication Skills:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage tight deadlines, coordinate tasks effectively, and contribute to decision-making

Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with agile HRMS and project management software is a plus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
