Description

The ANM/GNM Nurse with 6- 10 years of experience will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings.

They will work as part of a team to assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.

The ANM/GNM Nurse will be responsible for administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and their families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and documenting patient health status and needs
  • Developing and implementing care plans for patients
  • Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs and other patient data
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and complete medical records
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
  • Participating in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
  • Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
  • Maintaining current knowledge of healthcare practices and regulations

Qualifications:

  • ANM/GNM degree from a recognized institution
  • Valid nursing license
  • Minimum of 610 years of experience as an ANM/GNM Nurse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Proficient in the use of medical equipment and technology
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing highquality patient care
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹16, ₹30,000.00 per month
