Job Description:

Reporting to the
Lead Compliance
Assistant in Mumbai - to assist in delivering a critical, worldwide Compliance project, by liaising with aircraft operators across the globe, and to assist in providing excellent & pro-active support to our Sales team.

The project primarily concerns requesting the addition of ACS to Aircraft Operator's insurance cover

This will involve:

Tracking the call and contact status of all outbound and inbound actions
Maintain and develop contacts with Aircraft Operators to ensure the ongoing delivery of the project
Confirming and, where necessary, finding accurate Aircraft Operator information
Maintenance and update of the Compliance Project Database
Supporting the Legal & Compliance team more broadly in our daytoday activities
Other Admin related duties, as required

Qualifications:

Good communications skills, both written and verbal, are essential
Attention to detail
Computer Literacy
