    ABOUT THE ROLE – RECRUITMENT MANAGER:

    • Strategize, Lead and Manage high-performing recruitment teams to deliver hiring outcomes for Talent500 existing and future customers.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the client requirement and ensuring fulfillment with speed and quality of pipeline generated.
    • Provide talent insights and talent landscape to the clients
    • Advising clients on the talent availability and effective hiring process relevant to the market
    • Driving recruitment teams to achieve service delivery as per the agreed SLA.
    • Managing the KPI's for each engagement and reporting them on a periodic schedule to key stakeholders both internal and clients.
    • Ensuring the in-house applicant tracking system is always used diligently and kept up to date with accurate job and candidate data. In the case of using a client system, the same level of engagement is expected.
    • Managing key client stakeholders and being one point of issue/escalation resolution.
    • Hire, Manage and Develop internal talent and engage external talent as required
    • Engaging Vendors as and when required and commercially feasible keeping in view the overall cost of hiring and the impact it will have on the overall budget of the engagement.

    QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

    • More than 10 years' core experience in Talent acquisition / Recruitment
    • Process Outsourcing / MSP's / Staffing in a fast-paced technology environment.
    • In-depth understanding of delivery methodologies specifically relevant to outsourced talent acquisition in the technology space.
    • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience delivering outcomes on current and emerging technologies.
    • Ability to build and mentor solid hiring teams that can multitask and work in a high-pressure environment.
    • Experience managing client stakeholders at all levels ranging from recruitment POC to Hiring Managers
    • Manage a team of Recruiters, Sourcing specialists, and coordinators to deliver an unparallel hiring experience to the clients.
    • Hands-on experience on any applicant tracking system and a deep understanding of its workflow that is used end to end and not merely as a candidate database.
    • Ability to produce data for management reporting. You are expected to come with above-average data analysis skills using tools like MS Excel
    • Ability to prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel / MS PowerPoint.
