Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Analyst Programmer Application Support (L3) to support and maintain business-critical enterprise web applications and platforms.Responsibilities
*Application Support & Stability**Maintain and improve availability, performance, and reliability of enterprise applications.*Monitor applications proactively to prevent service disruptions.*Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.*Incident & Problem Management*Lead high-severity (P1/P2) incident investigation and recovery.Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams during incident resolution.
*Continuous Improvement*Identify recurring issues and implement process and technology improvements.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance application stability.
