Job Description:

Driver of Logistics quality with Complaint management, reporting of Logistics Quality KPI, usage of Advanced Quality Planning tools (8D methods)
Conducting LOG-FMEA and control plan creation
Standardization and process conformity on site
Contact point for QM and implementation of QMrequirements
Process Quality Monitoring, Logistics Quality Reporting (KPIs)
Check, implement and monitoring of 'Customer specific requirements'
Use of methods of advanced quality planning
Operations Complaint Management with GBs, Customer and LSP
Formal Customer contact via Plant/QMM | Direct contact Plant/LOQ to OEM/LOG
Problem Solving on site and Lessons Learned (8D,4Q,Ishikawa approach)
Standardization and process conformity on site
Preparation and accompaniment of internal/external audits
Check and evaluating new /changed CDs/ISO, IATF, QM requirements
Contact point for QM and implementation of QMrequirements
