Experience - Handling experience of 1 to 4 years of Accounts Executive/Accountant/Junior Accountant

Skills & Job Descriptions

Proven experience working in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing or payment disputes.
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and implement collection strategies as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports to management.
Assist with monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Provide support for audits and other financial reporting requirements.
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management
