What You'll Do

What You Will Work On

Work with stakeholders and clients to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is wellgroomed and uptodate
Communicate product status and progress to stakeholders and clients
Provide guidance and support to the development team throughout the development process
Work with the UX team to ensure that the product is userfriendly and meets user needs
Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and clients
Support presales activities, including conducting demos and presentations
Help clients and team members learn and understand the agile process
Manage expectations and prioritize requirements based on business value and user needs

The skills and qualifications you'll need-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving skills
Scrum Master experience is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel as required
PSPO-I or CSPO Certification is preferred.
